After graduating from the University of Texas in Austin, Tom put his Marketing Degree to work in the medical software industry. Two years later, Tom could no longer ignore his calling. He resigned and left his home in Texas for the Vail Valley.

Armed with a mountain bike and pair of skis, Tom arrived at the valley's doorstep in June of 1994. He began his new career in Beaver Creek as a concierge at the Beaver Creek Lodge. For the next three years he worked as a concierge in Beaver Creek and quickly settled into the mountain lifestyle.

In 1998 Tom moved into the head concierge position at East West Resorts. After two successful years servicing over 150 rental homes, Tom was given the opportunity to start the new property management division of East West Resorts in Bachelor Gulch. Over the next two years Tom helped the business grow from nothing to a full working division. Which included a 40 home client base, 3 full-time employees and over $800,000 in revenue.

While in the Vail Valley Tom met his wife Shannon. After completing graduate school at the University of Colorado, Shannon moved back to the mountains. They were married in the summer of 2001. Tom and Shannon are proud parents of their two children.

Tom now eagerly brings his entrepreneurial attitude and service oriented approach to the real estate brokerage community.
